Questions people actually ask

Which Pricing Plan am I
- If a clinic pays, it is billed per seat.
- If you work at a clinic but pay your own way, your clinic approves which plans you may buy and you get a rate below the public one.
- Otherwise you are direct.
What happens to my athletes if I leave the clinic?
- They come with you.
- Athletes shared with the clinic's other coaches are asked to choose, and no answer means they stay with the clinic.
Do you cap how many athletes I can have?
- No, not on Free, not on Pro, not on a clinic seat.
- Free is unlimited too; it just ends after 14 days, and each coach gets it once.
Do you take a cut of session payments?
- No, Session payments are direct charges on your own connected account, with no application fee.
- You will need your own payment account connected first.
What happens if I stop paying?
- You keep every record you ever made.
- Gating governs creating new things, never reading what already exists.
Why can't I subscribe inside the app?
- Plans are bought on the web only.
- The apps carry no pricing and no subscription purchase, deliberately.
